Hello friends! It is Dorymar back with you today on the blog and I am super excited because Fall is here, today I’m sharing a fun new Flipbook with the fantastic Cozy Days Collection. What I love about this collection is the beautiful warm tones with the subtle patterns, they are perfect for documenting the Cozy Weather.
I tried to create a beautiful scene on the cover that will transport you to a perfect Autumn setting, those that make you sigh when you take a beautiful photo with your family in this beautiful time. To create that I used a few elements of the collection, 6x4 card, chipboards, die cuts, and stickers.
As the collection is full of subtle colors, I decided to use the 6x8 Blush Flipbook because it perfectly combines the pink touch that the collection includes. Here you can see that I used the word "Fall" from the chipboards, and it fit perfectly in the frame of the 6x4 card that I placed in the center of my cover. Around it I arranged the pieces, and they all look perfectly integrated.
One of the new and super useful elements that Simple Stories offers you in each collection are the giant foam titles included in the Foam Stickers, they are perfect to incorporate them into any project. In my case, I used them as titles in the layouts that I created inside my album. I really like how they stand out in each of my pages.
The new Flipbooks offer you several pocket pages of different sizes, these are fantastic because you can incorporate your journaling, you can add the beautiful 3x4 and 6x4 cards that the collection includes, and you can create a detail that fills that space with your personal touch. I loved using these pockets to create small layouts and above all to use as many pieces as I can from the collection because they are all so magnificent and adorable that I don't want to let one of them go unused.
Another thing that Simple Stories has included in the collections is a full page dedicated to tags, OMG !!! this has driven me crazy, I think there is not a single project that I do not include a tag and now I have a full page full of them! YAY!!! It is wonderful!!! In the pages below you can see how I used these beautiful tags that the Cozy Days collection includes and see how versatile and useful they are for your projects. In my case for my mini albums, they are the perfect complement!
