Karlla here, and the most romantic month of the year has arrived and I'm happy to share this project with you.
You know how much I love creating heights and textures in my projects, and I brought this idea to the layout. If you like it too, separate your foam tape, LOL!
"Heartstrings" is a collection with a combo of amazing colors and prints, and as I wanted a full (but delicate) project, I chose to use a white cardstock as a background and below it the combination with the "QT Pie" paper was perfect.
On this base, I separated papers (it was difficult to choose LOL) "Wink Wink and Elements 1 and made the base for the photos. Cutting them to get a more vertical sketch. From the "6x8 Pad", I used the light blue diagonal checkered paper. With it, I made an accordion that was super simple to make and glued it on the overlapping of papers.
About the accordion, I added two photos. As I had in mind a layout with a highlight in the title, I left the upper part "cleaner" and only used some embellishments in one of the corners. Beautiful flags that you find in the "Bits & Pieces", a delicate flower closed the decoration. I love to make these combinations and mix the embellishments in a delicate way.
Let's talk about the focus of the layout, which I left for the title. Compose without being full. The "Tag" papers brought even more prints to the white background. On top of them, I added hearts and flowers (Floral Bits & Pieces helped me with these details).
As a title, the choice was "Together" that you can find in "Page Pieces", combined with a set of flowers. Another detail that always wins my heart are the small phrases of "Cardstock Stickers". They are always so delicate.
To finish the decoration, my favorite combination is always "Glitter Enamel Dots and Decorative Brads". I can't help but mention the mini hearts of "Foam Stickers" that are BEAUTIFUL!
