Hi Friends,
It's Conny here sharing two projects using the Hearth & Home Collection. I was able to make a 12x12 layout and a 4x6 Sn@p flipbook using the color green.
It's Conny here sharing two projects using the Hearth & Home Collection. I was able to make a 12x12 layout and a 4x6 Sn@p flipbook using the color green.
Let's get started with the layout. To start, I chose the beautiful 'Welcome Home' paper from the collection. I then added a circle in the center and colored it with the 6x6 hearts and home stencil. Then I stitched the circle with my sewing machine and distressed the edges to add texture.
After, I grabbed all the flowers in the collection in all sizes, Chipboard, bits and pieces, journaling pieces, sticker book, puffy, and foam stickers. You get the point, right! Hehe. I layered them and focused them more on both corners.
Next, I added the title Family from the foam stickers.
Now, let's go back to the top of the layout. I added two strips of paper - stitched with my sewing machine, added foam stickers, decorative brads, and stickers.

To finish it all, I sprinkled white gesso all over the layout and done!
Mini Album
I did all the embellishing on the cover page and kept the inside simple for that special someone to add all the photos and recipes they need to.
I covered the Album cover page with patterned paper, added ribbon, and created a shaker with a chipboard piece from the chipboard frames. I thought about ingredients mixing up to create something delicious. That was my way of mixing sequins that matched the collection. Added stickers and the title home recipes, SIT. STAY AWHILE.
For the Inside of the album, I used the 'Recipe Cards' and added a few cardstock stickers on the outside of the pockets leaving the cards clean for them to write the recipes.
And WALLAH!
Love Conny!
