Our kids are easy to capture in scrapbook layouts, but when's the last time you captured the adults? Christine joining you today with a a Jingle All the Way layout showcasing pictures of the adults from last Christmas! Let's take a look at how this layout came together!
Once again, I was drawn to the tags paper! I can't seem to get away from that tag paper, but if you are anything like me, the more ideas for a paper style the better! This time I used them to build a Christmas tree in the background of my layout.
I used two sheets of the tag paper and literally used every single tag. Then I pulled out the Foam Stickers, using the Poinsettias as accents on the tree.
Because I created a big background, I struggled with which pictures to use. Both the size and the shape of them was a challenge. In the end I printed my pictures in a 3" X 4" size and then tucked them into a chipboard frame.
With so much going on in the tree, I didn't have to do much for embellishing. I used hearts from the Foam Stickers and Cardstock Stickers to create a horizontal line across the top third of the layout. The variety of dimensions made it easy to have them sprinkling their way across the layout.
Before we wrap things up, I want to point out how useful the chipboard frames in the collections are! Not only are they an easy way to add dimension and be useful for your title, but they really do help draw your eye into the photographs.
