All Fun & Games! by Marsha Farris
Hey, Simple Stories friends! Marsha here today, and I'm sharing a SN@P album I created using the Family Fun collection. This is truly a FUN collection, full of bright and colorful patterns and icons perfect for documenting fun times! I loved filling this album with so many special family memories and am excited to continue adding to it!

For my project, I chose to use a Black 6x8 SN@P album because I thought it would be a nice contrast to the bright colors in this collection. I created a stitched vellum pocket to decorate the cover and adhered it to a teal patterned paper from the collection kit.  I trimmed colorful tickets from another patterned paper and tucked them into the pocket. I love the way the tickets peek through the vellum pocket! It also brings back memories from my childhood of collecting tickets at the arcade. Next, I added chipboard words for the title and used a variety of stickers and die-cut icons to further embellish the cover.

For the first page of the album, I trimmed a black and white striped paper included with the album to about 5 inches wide. I like incorporating different page sizes in my albums for extra interest. I added a tag from the tag cut apart sheet and used foam stickers and chipboard stickers to embellish the page. I added some yellow baker's twine to the tag for additional texture.

I chose to use mainly pocket pages for the album so I could include lots of photos and journaling. Also, so many awesome pocket cards and tags are included in the cut apart sheets, and I wanted to use as many of them as possible! I added some black machine stitching to a square cut apart card and to the checkered banners.  I LOVE these simple little details!

The next page includes another 6x8 pocket page and a 4x6 pocket card added directly into the album as a divider. The pocket card was also the perfect spot for some smaller photos. I used washi tape and patterned paper to create my own card and included sticker phrase strips and die cuts to embellish. I journaled on a tag and tucked it behind one of the photos.

I included an interactive element on the next page by creating a flip-up using washi tape and a bowling score sheet from a cut apart paper.

The flip-up reveals another photo, and I used more icon and phrase stickers to embellish the cards. I just love all of the cute icons included in this collection!

For the next layout, I used another pocket page and added a scorecard from a cut apart paper. I used more of the washi tape to embellish a pocket card and added a fun title using cardstock and foam stickers.

The last page in the album uses another pocket page. I couldn't resist dedicating a page to my love of family movie nights! I used more of the cut apart cards and embellished each with stickers and enamel dots. There are so many fun phrase and icon stickers included in this collection!

I loved creating this album using the amazing Family Fun collection! Thanks so much for stopping by today! I will see you again soon with more inspiration!
